    VCA Rose Hill Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join their Small Animal Practice!

    The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

    • Collecting patient histories and performing physical exams.

    • IVC placement and venipuncture

    • Surgery Prep, monitoring anesthesia and postoperative care of the patient (recovery)

    • Dentals and dental radiographs

    • Maintain patient records

    • Client education and communication

    • Perform and assist with diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures.

    • Administer medications, vaccinations, and other prescribed treatments.

    • Collaborate with veterinarians, fellow veterinary technicians, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.

    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Schedule: Full-time opportunities, 4 x 10 hour shifts.

    Compensation: The pay range for this position is $24 - 30 / hour. Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field. Financial growth opportunities available.
