JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES Clinical Laboratory Support

Support multiple laboratories for CAP/CLIA and other accreditation support needs

• Maintaining personnel files, formatting, and updating SOPs as requested, composing and routing laboratory bulletins.

• Supporting downtime processes.

Purchasing

Purchasing for laboratory operations including special orders, service orders, capital equipment documentation, and event coordination and ordering.

General Administrative Support

General administrative needs which include heavy calendaring, setting up meetings inclusive of taking minutes, mail distribution, Kronos, arranging teleconferences and conference calls, and processing reimbursements.

Financial Reconciliation

Reconciliation and stat sampling for multiple chart field string.

Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in a related science field -OR- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Genetic Technology -OR - completion of an accredited Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science program. Four years of clinical laboratory experience. With Master's degree, two years of required experience. With Doctorate degree, no experience required.
