School Behavior Technician

Pay $18 - 24 / hour

Position Title: Behavior Technician

Setting: Elementary - High School

Location: Folsom Cordova and El Dorado County, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday (about 28-35 hours a week between the hours of (7:30 am - 4pm) *Schedule varies depending on school site

Duration: Entire school year - 2023 - 2024

Description: This position entails aiding and assisting students in classroom with daily living skills, behavioral management and academics. We are offering flexible hours, work-life balance, competitive pay and a unique rewarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Follows the instructions of the BCBA/program supervisor

• Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients

• Provides behavior support services

• Provides crisis intervention

• Implements behavior plans

• Documents session per policies and procedures

• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
