QUALIFICATIONS

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice

• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements

• Current CPR certification, preferred
