Physician: Hospital at Home - Boise, Idaho

Overview

St. Luke's Health system is looking for Physicians to lead our Hospital at Home program. This innovative care model delivers hospital-level services directly to patients' homes. By extending acute-level care to patients in their homes, Hospital-at-Home programs have demonstrated significant cost savings, improved patient outcomes, and elevated patient satisfaction. Collaborating closely with operational partners, the physician will support APPs across the system, focusing on clinical outcomes, program evolution, operational efficiency, and inter-provider collaboration.

The physician will ideally possess notable expertise in Hospital-at-Home or relevant experience in this domain.
