AW Health Care has an immediate opening for a full time Physical Therapist (PT) in our Maryville, IL office serving patients throughout Madison, St Clair, Clinton and Monroe counties in Illinois.

Qualifications:

IL licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

2 Years or more of experience as a therapist

Home Health experience preferred

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
