We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a PTA, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall functional abilities. Your role will involve providing hands-on therapeutic interventions, assisting with treatment plans, and educating patients on exercises and self-care techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in evaluating patients' conditions, functional abilities, and treatment goals.

• Implement treatment plans designed by the physical therapist, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.

• Instruct and assist patients in performing exercises, activities of daily living, and mobility aids.

• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatment interventions.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans and goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, including equipment setup and maintenance.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including patient confidentiality and safety protocols.

• Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)

• Or PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) Temporary and licensure within 6 months

• Required Associate's Physical Therapy

• Preferred 1 year Physical Therapy Assistant
