Medical Scribe

Health Advocates Network is ** ** hiring a **Medical Scribe ** (6 Months Exp Req) ! This is a full-time?contract position at a nationally recognized hospital ** ** located in Tarzana, CA.

• Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

• Shift: Days (8hrs)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Medical Transcriptionist Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.?

• 6+ months of experience as a Medical Scribe

• Proficiency in written communication including spelling, punctuation, and grammar

• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications quickly.??

• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessment to the extent required to accurately transcribe physician encounters.

• Experience with CS Link/Epic preferred
