What you get to do every single day

• Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

• Explore the internet for information

• Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

• Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

• Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

• Inspect reports and sheets of data

• Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources Requirements - Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

• 2+ years of related experience

• Excellent typing accuracy

• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

• Earlier work involving Prior Medical Office

• Adeptness in Computer Data Entry

• High-Volume Data Entry experience highly desired

• General familiarity with explanation of benefits (EOB's)

• Background working with Previous Medical Office

• Solid understanding of data entry

• Numeric data entry experience required

• Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology

• Proficiency in numeric data entry

• Perform Data Entry experience

• Medical Office experience highly preferred

• Practical knowledge of EOB
