Sierra Pacific Surgical, the largest growing independent surgical practice in Sacramento, is seeking a BE/BC general surgeon to expand its practice and provide exceptional care to patients in the beautiful city of Grass Valley, located in the Sierra foothills region of CA.

This is an opportunity to join a single specialty community-based private practice that provides coverage to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, a Dignity Health hospital. The practice also attracts patients from surrounding towns like Auburn, Roseville, Truckee, Yuba City etc. and has a catchment population of over 100 thousand.

Community Based Recruitment

This is an opportunity to join a community-based practice affiliated with Dignity Health. In many cases, providers will join an existing single-specialty or multi-specialty medical group (solo options are occasionally available). Physicians in an independent group tend to enjoy both the practice of medicine and the business side of health care. Some benefits of independent practice opportunities include:

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license

• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)

• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

Pay Range

$168.26 - $132.30 /hour
