    Job Description:

    The Engagement Fulfillment Representative is responsible for logistically organizing, collaborating, and/or procuring required post discharge medications for patients and/or their family/caregiver. The goal of the Engagement Fulfillment representative is to ensure the successful product acquisition to enable healthy behaviors, disease prevention, and health management resources ultimately to improve the patient's clinical outcome and experience. * This position requires external candidates to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) upon their start date, but candidates may apply prior to completing their certification.*

    Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

    HS - High School Diploma or GED required. AAS - Associate of Applied Science in Healthcare/ Business/ or related field preferred. 3 years of experience in healthcare preferred. 1 year of experience in customer service preferred. Certified Pharmacy Technician upon hired required. This position requires the candidate to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) upon their start date, but candidates may apply prior to completing their certification.

    Salary Range:

    $17.57-$22.90 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
