    $7000 Sign-on Bonus

    Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Responsibilities:

    • Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations.
    • Perform invasive ultrasound procedures, Doppler and color-flow vascular examinations, and Cardiac Sonography procedures as required.
    • Perform ultrasound studies per approved radiologist protocol, post-process ultrasound images and prepare final sonographer interpretation, prepare images for radiologist interpretation, and discuss findings with providers when necessary.
    • Evaluate the technical quality of images to obtain representative images of normal and pathologic conditions.
    • Responsible for independent operation of sonographic equipment, equipment maintenance, report of equipment failures, and quality assessment.

    Requirements:

    Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Requirements:

    • RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) OB/GYN, ABD; RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or Cardiac Sonography Experience
    • 1 year experience in Ultrasound preferred
    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
    • Active Kansas State License
    • BLS through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers
