Pennsylvania MENTOR is seeking Therapeutic Staff Support employees for the Broomall area. We currently have a part time opening Monday - Friday 4:00 pm-6:00 pm.

TSS employees provide one-to-one and/or group support and intervention to children with autism or serious emotional disturbances, utilizing behavior modification techniques and proactive strategies as required. Services are delivered in the child's school, home, or community.
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Teaching, or related Human Service field or
  • Associate's degree and at least 3 years of work experience working with children
  • Knowledge of autism and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a plus
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule (minimum hours 10 a week), as non-traditional work hours are often required
