Specimen Specialists of America is seeking highly competent individuals to perform buccal (cheek) swab DNA collections for court-ordered paternity cases in San Marcos. Qualified candidates must be EXTREMELY punctual, dependable, and reliable. Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be attentive to detail, be able to correctly follow procedural guidelines, and have a cooperative attitude. Qualified candidates must be able to furnish proper attire (a pair of scrubs or a labcoat, along with closed-toed shoes). Qualified candidates must be available on Fridays and able to start on September 10, 2010. Qualified candidates MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR San Marcos. ***THIS IS PART-TIME WORK ONLY!!!*** No previous experience required; we will fully train. Medical, dental, or health-related background a PLUS! Rotation: usually the 2nd Friday of each month Arrival time: 9am Collection hours: 9:30am until done (usually by noon) Collectors will be required to arrive one-half hour before collections begin for set-up (paid time). All supplies and training will be provided to collectors in advance.
