Job Description: SURGICAL SERVICES ATTENDANT
Location: ST. FRANCIS EASTSIDE, GREENVILLE, SC Department: ES NSG OR SURGERY Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day, Evening Hours: M-F; 8hour shifts
Job Details:
POSITION SUMMARY: Assists registered nurse and surgical technologist with patient care and operation of departmental services, e.g. turn around time, under the supervision of the Lead Attendant and Clinical Coordinator/Director.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Licensure, Registration, or Certification:
Current BLS certification required
Experience: One year nursing attendant or patient care experience preferred. Good communication skills, knowledge of aseptic technique and proper housekeeping protocols helpful.
