Job Posting Title Supply Chain Informatics Coordinator Senior City and State Brainerd, MN Department MATERIALS MANAGEMENT Physical Location (building) ST JOSEPH'S MEDICAL CENTER Auto req ID 9299BR Job Description JOB SUMMARY:Under the general supervision of the Manager of Supply Chain Informatics, this position performs duties related to maintaining the Materials Management Information System, training of users, system implementations, software testing, interface testing and report writing. Responsibilities include: Maintaining a wide variety of data in up-to-date status in the materials management system; coordinating paper-based and electronic requisition functions with user departments and purchasing department; maintaining all master data sets; complex and routine reporting from materials management system; complex data analysis; construction of data load files; training new/existing employees throughout Essentia Health on system; and providing administrative support to department. Performs a wide range of duties under management direction and established office procedures in support of Supply Chain goals and objectives. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.
QUALIFICATIONS(minimum requirements) Education and/or years experience required:
·Associate's degree in business, data processing or related field and five years experience with computerized databases, including two years of Supply Chain; or a Bachelors Degree and three years experience with computerized databases and Supply Chain ·Experience withCrystalReports, MS Excel, and MS Access ·Knowledge of electronic commerce, inventory automation, and interfaces between information systems; fundamental understanding of mathematical and accounting principles Type of Employment Regular Full-Time FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) 1.00 Shift Days Start time i.e. HH:MM am/pm Varies End time i.e. HH:MM am/pm Varies Union position?
