Supply Chain Contract Specialist
Title: Supply Chain Contract Specialist Location: IN-Fort Wayne Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Director, Analytics, serves as a technical and practical resource to the network with focused responsibilities in the area of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements, locally negotiated agreements, service, maintenance, lease and rental agreements, as well as major capital purchases. Responsibilities include financial analysis of existing purchasing practices, decision support, and contract execution.

Experience: Requires a minimum of two years experience in the areas of healthcare purchasing and contract management, including financial analysis and decision support.
Education: Requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field. Additional experience in lieu of education may be considered.
Job Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrates in-depth working knowledge of inventory systems, purchasing procedures, regulations and related negotiation techniques, as well as knowledge of hospital services, sources of supply and related market conditions.
