The Spiritual Care Coordinator is responsible to provide spiritual support to clients, families, and the hospice staff via phone contact, home visits and referrals to the client/family, local clergy. Assists with memorial services and activiites relating to spiritual and religious issues of client, family and interdisciplinary team.

Experience in client/family counseling. Demonstrated experience in working with clients and families coping with terminal illness and death. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of theology required; Master's degree in theological studies and completion of two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred; Must be endorsed by and in good standing with the denomination or faith group that recognized the Spiritual Care Coordinator, as evidenced by a certificate of ordination or certification.
