Occupational Therapist
Facility: Henry Palmer Building, Janesville WI
Department: MAC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
- Full time - Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
- Day Shift
- 1 to 2 years related experience required
JOB SUMMARY:
Assess patient abilities in the areas of strength, coordination, endurance, range of motion, visual – perception, cognition and activity of daily living performance. Designs, implements and evaluates patient OT treatment plan. Participates in patient/family training and education. Documents and maintains daily records of treatment. Oversees COTA's and Physical Medicine Technicians. Participates in Q A & I activities. May be required to work flexible hours. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
BS or BA from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy Completion of internship as required by program Certified in Wisconsin and registered by NBCOT or eligible for certificate and registration
