The candidate must be experienced with hands on production support and operations management in a complex CRM environment Key responsibilities will include: o Ensure all support service level agreements are met o Coordinate support issues across all business units and regions (US, International, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Medical Information) o On a regular basis, evaluate and test environments for redundancy, and evaluate, update and enhance monitoring capabilities to ensure maximum reliability and uptime. o Ensure processes are continuously followed and refined to maintain a stable production environment o Managing our CRM Support and Operations Managed Service Vendor o Ability to drive and support data quality programs Qualifications 5+ years application integration development experience/ 2+ years managing a technical team
. Working knowledge of the following CRM Platforms, Siebel 8.0, Aspect, NICE, . Working knowledge of Oracle database concepts Experience with package application integration . Experience with informatica data quality tools . Vendor management experience . Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues . Working knowledge of Java, Visual Basic, XML, Windows, Unix . Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus Education BA/BS in computer science or business related field with 5-7 years of experience.
