JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate, administer, and provide multi-faceted support for Human Resources programs and policies. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and processing all HR employee data and assist in functional and administrative areas of the Human Resources Department ensuring organization of employee records, staffing, training and other areas of the Department. The Senior Coordinator will work independently to make decisions on routine matters.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



You will:

Coordinate, administer, and communicate Human Resources policies to employees.

Work with Payroll to resolve pay discrepancies.

Provide employee relations support by acting as a liason for employees.

Create and maintain accurate and complete Personnel data in Peoplesoft HRIS and Compliance Suite.

Assist HR Generalist with employee relations investigations.

Administer EEO/Affirmative programs.

Provide policy and administration training to employees and supervisors.

Conduct HR analytics.

Lead or assist with special projects.
Maintain personnel records and HR

Provide front-line customer service to employees regarding benefits, time-off/time-entry, employee data, and other related HR programs.

Provide administrative support to the HR Director and Sr. HR Manager including scheduling, correspondence, filing, travel arrangements, etc.

Assist in conducting New Hire Orientation, coordinate business orientation, and manage new employee paperwork.

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling and resume / candidate screening.

Assist HR department with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, presentation development, and phone support.

Develop and run routine HR reports and other documents.

Assist in maintaining accurate job descriptions for all employees.

Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards and the ev3 Code of Conduct.

Perform special projects as assigned.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduation or equivalency

Five or more years Human Resources experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Four-year degree


REQUIRED JOB COMPETENCIES

Basic reading and math

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain the integrity of HR by adhering to strict confidentiality and respect of all employees

Computer literate; word processing, spreadsheets, Internet,(HRIS database software helpful).

Demonstrated track record of maintaining a positive, customer service-oriented attitude in a time-sensitive/deadline-driven confidential environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
