Requirements: Baccalaureate or BSN degree in Nursing. Master's degree preferred. Current RN License to practice in the state of Minnesota. Current Certification in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS. Five years minimum experience in an acute care nursing facility. Competency in the teaching/learning process. Group presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of current trends and issues in health care, nursing practice, Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
