Responsibilities:
Will respond to Rapid Response pages to assess patients and make informed decisions in regard to patient status. Mentor to staff.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of RN school, Critical Care Course or equivalent. RN license.
Experience: Current ICU practice with 5 years minimum critical care experience is REQUIRED to be considered for this position. ACLS, BLS required.
Skills: Excellent critical care RN skills, demonstrated strong communication, mentoring and coaching skills. Approachable and supportive.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
- Full-time position, 40hrs/week. - Nights. 8 hour shifts. - Every other weekend. - MNA Contract
