Qualifications Texas Health Hurst Euless Bedford has a PRN opportunity for an experienced Labor & Delivery RN. Qualified candidates will possess the following:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited RN nursing school. Current RN license to practice in the state of Texas. NRP and BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider certifications are needed. Minimum 2 years current Labor & Delivery RN experience required. Must be motivated to work in a women's center that provides family centered maternity care. Basic computer skills - computerized charting. Flexibility with schedule.
PRN: On an as needed basis to include some weekends and holidays. Duties PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Computer proficiency for patient charting. The ideal applicant will have good communication and customer service skills. This position requires the ability to perform/delegate technical procedures safely and proficiently; performs as a resource/instructor of technical skills; produces documentation that initiates, follows and revises patient's plan of care; produces documentation that supports and meets regulatory requirements.
