This Position Directs And Assigns The Activities Of Ancillary Personnel On The Unit, Maintaining Standards Of Professional Nursing Practice In Order To Provide Optimal Patient Care Outcomes. Registered Nurses Are Actively Involved In Patient Education, Continuing Care And Discharge Planning Needs For The Patients On The Unit.
