The Registered Nurse II utilizes the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes. Job Requirements Minimum Education and Experience: RN II Education:Graduate of a nursing program: diploma, associate degree, or baccalaureate program. Experience:At least 3 months and must meet ALL requirements of RN II Minimum License and Certificates Required:Valid and CurrentVermontLicense - Registered Nurse Reporting Relationships:Supervised By- Manager of the assigned areaSupervision Of-Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Nurses Aides, Orderlies, Unit Secretary, and all others assigned to a specific patient care team including students from various Health care programs. Equipment Utilized:Electronic Medical Record, PC, Common Office Equipment, Patient equipment appropriate to area/unit.
