Make a difference in someone's life by joining us in the key role of: Clinical Resource Director .
We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Director to work with hospital executives, directors and physicians, leading supply resource management activities.As a leader in this highly visible role, the Clinical Resource Director will rely upon a thorough understanding of the relationship among doctor, patient, clinical products and the delivery of quality patient care.This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our current practices in areas such as clinical quality improvement through physician/clinician product preferences, vendor relations, product standardization, and utilization in clinical and non-clinical environments.This individual will also serve as a change agent, promoting change to facilitate quality cost effective patient care.

Bachelors Degree
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 5 yrs demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and create enthusiasm are a must.The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree with five years of previous healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.Previous leadership positions in Surgical Services, Cardiac Cath, or Nursing Leadership is a plus.
