Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent

care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates

patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within

• Valid California RN license.
• Current BCLS certification.
• National RN Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience in area of specialty
• Computer literate.
• Competencies are reflected by valid California RN license and are validated during preceptor/orientation process.
• Ability to perform CPR.
• Ability to coordinate care with team members effectively through effective communication.
• Ability to speak, read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Agility to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push while performing direct patient care.
