The Incumbent in this position will:
Develop, document and updates nursing care plans.
Assess, formulate and implement patient and/or family teaching.
Collaborate with other disciplines
Be the Patient's advocate
Work with age of patients from child through older adult
Casual position (No guaranteed hours -hours based on needs of the department). Variable Shifts.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Previous RN experience preferred
Current Wisconsin RN License or eligible to obtain
Basic Life Support certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 1 year of employment.
