Our 25 bed critical access hospital is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work the night shift in our Acute Care and Emergency Departments.
The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers nursing care to patient's utilizing the nursing process which involves assessment of the patients physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning. Development and implementation of a multidisciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patients' response to care. Complies with Our Lady of Victory Hospital's Mission and Values statement and expectations for managing conflict.
Essential Job functions:
* Multitasks to provide competent and safe direct care to patients
* Communicates observed and collected assessment data verbally and / or in writing in an accurate and timely manner
* Promotes cohesive environment and interacts effectively and professionally with all members the acute care team
* Completes required annual competencies and seeks educational opportunities to enhance knowledge base
* Performance reflects knowledge, understanding and application of the Conflict Resolution Process resulting in positive outcomes
This is a part-time night shift position in which you will work every third weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), with the option to pick up other shifts during the week. Every 3rd holiday included.

Requirements:
* Graduation from a National League for Nursing (NLN) approved school with an Associate Degree, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required
* Prior acute care experience is strongly preferred
* Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or eligible to obtain
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required at time of hire
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support is required within one year of hire
