CHS is seeking a full time Registered Dietician Health Coach to join the CHS HealthyHabits team of health management and wellness coaching professionals in our corporate headquarters in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with CHS HealthyHabits team to develop nutrition component of health management and wellness coaching programs. * Create evidence-based nutrition and wellness programs and materials for delivery by worksite wellness clinic staff. * Create nutrition training modules and conduct training sessions for CHS onsite wellness center staff of health coaches. * Conduct individual and group, face-to-face and telephonic nutrition counseling and health coaching to participants of CHS HealthyHabits health management and wellness coaching program participants. * Assist with delivery of client biometric screenings, HRA and health coaching events.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in nutrition or related field * Current Diabetes Educator certification required * Wellcoaches Health and Wellness Coach Certification preferred * Minimum two years experience as a registered dietitian and health coach * Experience in worksite wellness settings preferred * Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively, independently and in team settings * Experience and mastery of public speaking and presentations skills * Ability to counsel/teach in individual and small group settings * Ability to measure, track and demonstrate nutrition program outcomes * Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word applications * NextGen electronic medical record keeping experience preferred
