Ready for the next step? RN Quality Manager - Live & Play in the Gulf Beach communities!
The RN Quality Manager will support internal and external quality performance programs, work with various departments to improve patient outcome and reporting of such data as deemed necessary.
This large hospital facility is dedicated to the highest degree of patient care with awards and accolades for many of their centers, including, but not limited to: Chest Pain, Stroke, Heart & Vascular, Cancer
Part of your responsibilities in this position would be to offer expertise, guidance, and coaching in continuous improvement, so that the facility can continue to grow these centers of excellence!
4FTEs
Florida RN licensure
3 to 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, supervisory experience a plus, but not necessary.
Previous experience in accreditation, quality, utilization management, or risk management required.
Knowledge of State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations.
