Major Job Duties Include: *Lead responsibility for development and roll out of North American Warranty Analysis Center for Powertrain Electronic Control Units. *Q- champion *NAFTA manufacturing quality interface. *Process responsibility and coordination. *Analysis procedural development. *Lab coordination. *Capital investment planning.
Minimum Job Qualifications Include: *Bachelor's in Engineering. *5 years of automotive electronics development experience. *Quality background with understanding of statistical methods and test procedure development. *Rich understanding of ECU's including electrical and mechanical components as well as manufacturing. *North American OE experience in quality related topics. *Analytical experience with automotive quality instruments such as 8- d, 5-why, DRBFM, etc. necessary as well as process oriented approach. *Ability to lead analysis teams with globally matrixed development partners. *Ability to network with virtual partners in Bosch quality organizations. *Highly motivated quality mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills, high level of professional interface to customers and internal partners. *International travel required (including Mexico).
Desired: *Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering. *Knowledge/understanding of ISO26262. *German and or Spanish language skills a plus.
