Has primary responsibility for maintaining the quality model. Contributes to a body of knowledge of the System's project experience. Facilitates excellent team work, within project teams and with customer teams. Mentors less experienced team members in quality techniques.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following duties: * Manages projects to ensure customer quality satisfaction by: communicating quality indicators to stakeholders and management; developing test plans and coordinating script creation; ensuring tests are completed and reporting variances; assigning test tasks to team and controlling work loads; tracking quality issues and risks; supporting testing tools; and socializing importance of quality model to the organization. * Ensures that knowledge gained from project experience is reused in subsequent projects by: ensuring complete project documentation; collecting data from project activity; and facilitating team collaboration. * Ensures quality of projects by: reviewing adherence to methodology; correcting or elevating deviation from standards; and quantifying project benefits. * Has primary responsibility for maintaining the quality model. * Determines appropriate tools to ensure project quality. * Mentors less experienced team members in quality techniques. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * Prior experience in project management as well as a background in Clinical Informaticspreferred. * Healthcare experience preferred * Excellent business relationship skills. * Excellent communications and trouble shooting/problem solving skills; must be flexible, adaptable and able to function under pressure. * Organizational skills, independent thinking and management competencies.
