Project Management Manager Argon ST
Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the areas of project management. Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives. Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.
This manager will be responsible for programs and products in the test, training, tactical military and adjacent markets. Responsibilities will include profit and loss, management excellence, program execution, and business development. Particular emphasis on establishing an effective cross-site management and systems engineering capability between Fairfax and San Diego in support of these focus areas, in coordination with both Fairfax and San Diego engineering and management personnel.

Do you have experience in design and development of high-level briefs and meetings for and with senior leaders of Congress, Department of Defense (DoD) and Industry?
Do you have a current/active Secret security clearance or a Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)?
