Founded in 1984, South Carolina MENTOR provides home and community-based services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as youth facing emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges. South Carolina Mentor is seeking a
Program Manager to manage the day to day operations, service delivery, and development of services for a program or multiple programs. Program Managers manage assigned staff and monitors and analyzes program budget and expenses, and recommends action as appropriate. The Program Manager also develops and maintains close relationships with funding sources, regulatory bodies and agencies; and collaborates on the development of recruitment goals and provides oversight on the selection and contracting of mentors.
Qualifications Requirements:- Masters degree in human services strongly preferred plus five to seven years of related experience, including a minimum of three years or related administrative/management experience
- Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
