Responsibilities: This position is responsible to support the timely and accurate development of pricing estimates of study designs / protocols by working closely with Study Directors and Operations to develop and maintain accurate labor / cost standards.
(Duties & Responsibilities – purpose of the function and result to be accomplished) include but are not limited to those listed: · Develop proposal prices by interpreting / entering study design information from study outlines / draft protocols into the MPI Research Pricing Model. · Review issued study protocols for cost consistency with details used to develop proposal price. · Set up Shared Workspaces to grant Study Directors access to pricing sheets and co-administer the MS SharePoint internal pricing site. · Produce scheduled reports on various business metrics. · Punctual and reliable attendance according to MPI Research company policy. Qualifications: · BBA or relevant business-related degree and 0-2 years relevant experience; or · HS / GED and 3 years relevant experience. · Proficiency in Microsoft office skills including Excel and Word. · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. · Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated system. · Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice. · Ability to work under specific time constraints.
