Take Care Health Systems is looking for a Per diem Physician to join our health center team! Responsibilities include:
Direct provision of clinical medical services to our clients' employees.
Consult with subject matter experts internally and externally.
Support the initiation and maintenance of health care information technology and electronic medical records.
Ensure that high quality, service-oriented patient care is delivered on a consistent basis in accordance with best practices model in all health centers nationally.
Evaluate occupational related medical complaints.
Set vision and clear goals for health services in collaboration with the clients' management.
Demonstrate business and financial acumen to ensure the cost effective operation of health services to optimize financial performance.
Share responsibility for staff recruitment and retention.
Oversee, edit and review clinical content in communications, marketing and educational materials written for internal consumption.
Experience with Travel Medicine.
Serve as clinical manager providing medical support, oversight and direction to MLOA staff in review of employee cases.
Provide clinical leadership in the development of clinical components of case management products.

MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and/or Occupational Health
Current state licensure.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Ambulatory Care or Occupational Health setting
Current certification of Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers is required
Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification may be required
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proven integrity and clinical excellence
Ability to mentor and develop others
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization both internal and external
Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs, specifically Electronic Medical Record (EMR etc.)
