Schedule: Monday-Friday (negotiable) Description: Primary Job Function: Treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Areas of treatment would be primarily inpatient population with some outpatient and Home Health. Document patient care in accordance with facility policies. Demonstrate the desire to improve knowledge and skills in areas needed to better serve our patients.
Qualification Summary: Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio OT, PT & AT Board. Must be able to document appropriately and timely with or without computer skills. Must maintain current CPR. Must be able to communicate well with patients, families, health care professionals and others on a daily basis.
Education Requirements: Current Ohio License
Salary Range: Based on experience
