PHYSICAL THERAPIST-POOL-ACUTE REHAB-.001 FTE-VARIED HOURS-1ST SHIFT-FROEDTERT HOSPITAL-MILWAUKEE, WI
Job Summary: Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy required.
Licensure: Current PT license with the State of Wisconsin; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR; Valid Wisconsin driver's license for staff who are required to drive during the workday.
