Schedule: Varied Description: Primary Job Function: Provide comprehensive P.T. evaluations and treatments within the therapy scope of practice in an inpatient, outpatient or home health setting.
Qualification Summary: Must be available weekends/holidays as a rotation. Provide evaluations appropriate for the varied conditions seen by physical therapists. Appropriately delegate to physical therapist assistants and provide supervision to them. Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making skills. Communicate on a timely basis with case managers, physicians, etc. as needed. Documents all aspects of patient care as needed for quality care, accreditation and insurance purposes. Applies sound ethical judgments in all situations. Is courteous and respectful of all individuals in all situations.
Education Requirements: Must be licensed by the Ohio. Must maintain current CPR certification.
