Patient Care Technician (Bloomington) Department: Surgical Services Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Hours: 9:30am-8:00pm; 60 hours every 2 weeks; every 2nd weekend Hours per week: 30 Salary: $9.95 Job Details: * High School/GED * This position exists to administer care to designated patients and provide support to the care team under the direction of a clinical nurse. The incumbent will provide simple treatments, provide personal care and ensure that the surroundings are clean and orderly. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum Experience Requirement: Must successfully complete hospital-provided Nurse Technician orientation for 3 consecutive weeks,8:00am-4:30pm and on-the-job training. Must also become certified in CPR.
