Registered NUrse- Patient Care Specialist
Assures and/or provides patient care in accordance with the RN job description. Serves as a responsible and accountable clinical expert, role model, educator and resource, who facilitates professional development of staff. Collaborates with Director and Patient Care Coordinator to assure competent staff performance to promote quality patient outcomes. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurese licensure. Current BLS Health Care Provider and BLS Instructor. Master's degree in nursing in a designated clinical speciality or Master's degree in health care are required to actively pursue and complete the same. Minimum of three yearsa recent experience in clinical practice with demonstated leadership/teaching abilities. Active member of a professional nursing organization. Demonstrates iniative and is able to function independently as well as collaboratively. Demonstrates time management and organizational skills. Accepts and recognizes differences among people.
