Schedule: Part-time
Shift: Day shift
Hours: Noon - 4:30p 20 hours/week M-F
Job Details:
Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of office experience; good work history, computer skills and interpersonal skills.
Highly Desired:Prior medical office and/or healthcare experience.
Responsibilities:Perform a variety of administrative and data management functions including being the primary access point for patients through the registration and scheduling process; collecting appropriate fees, patient demographic and insurance information; notifying patients of delays, rescheduling and follow up appointments; and participating in a high functioning team providing compassionate care.
