Patient Care Coordinator Department: Concord Imaging Center Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day shift Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs 8-5p, Wed 9-6p, Fri 7-4p Sat as needed Job Details: Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 months of office experience, a good work history with longevity, computer skills and interpersonal skills. Must have demonstrated/proven attention to detail. Highly Desired:Prior medical office and/or healthcare experience. Responsibilities:Perform a variety of administrative and data management functions including being the primary access point for patients through the registration and scheduling process; collecting appropriate fees, pre-certification patient insurance information; notifying patients of delays, rescheduling and follow up appointments; and participating in a high functioning team providing compassionate care.
