UNIT DESCRIPTION:






JOB DESCRIPTION:



Perform routine and specialized functions relating to technical support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Function as a member of the Perioperative Services team.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



High school graduate or GED " In the absence of anesthesia aides, may perform between case cleaning of anesthesia machines and equipment, change circuits and replace tubing, and restock carts and machines " In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include such other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, based upon Exempla needs or requirements Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of start date.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



1 year clinical experience in an accredited hospital
