IFCS is seeking an
Office Manager to manage day to day office operations for an office or region, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. Office Managers oversee at least two office support and/or administrative staff and assembles attendance and billing information. The Office Manager also handles local purchasing and ordering of office supplies, equipment, vehicles and furniture; and serves as Finance and IT liaison and communication funnel between field and states offices.
Qualifications Requirements:- Associate's degree in related field or equivalent in knowledge and experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Five years of administrative support experience
- Two year of supervisory experience
