As a Occupational Therapist at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood, Texas you will be responsible for providing the very best possible care to our Nation Heroes, Family Members, and Civilians.
The ideal candidate must perform the following requirements: • Exercise professional judgement in planning and administering rehabilitation. • Complete out-patient and in-patient evaluations. • Develop and implement trauma, orthopedic, and neuromusculoskeletal diagnosis and treatment protocols. • Design treatment plans to meet patient and clinical objectives. • Utilize computer assisted technology for treatment and evaluation of patients. • Assist staff with extremity wound care as needed. • Provide patient/family/staff education on treatment procedures

Requirements:
- Possess a current, valid, unrestricted license in one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Graduate from an approved occupational therapy program.
- Possess two years of experience in occupational therapy and one year in hand therapy.
