Title: Occupational Therapist Location: SC-Florence Evaluates, administers and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of occupational therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation. Accurately performs a complete occupational therapy evaluation and documents in an appropriate time frame for a variety of patient populations.Competently develops appropriate patient goals and a comprehensive, precise, and well documented treatment plan that can be administered by another occupational therapist or a certified occupational therapist assistant. Education: Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited school. Experience: One year prior experience preferred. New graduates acceptable. Licenses/Certificates: Occupational Therapist South Carolina License. AHA BLS or equivalent certification required.Primary Locaiton: SC-Florence
