Job Details: - High school diploma or equivalent is required - Certification Required - Experience is required
Job Summary: Responsible for telecommunications, customer relations and coordination of activities to assure smooth functioning of the patient care area. Is also responsible for reception, clerical and health information functions for unit support. Supports the role of the RN by assisting with delegated tasks.
Job Requirements: High school graduate or GED required. Current certification on the Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry required. Completion of Technical Colleague training within 6 months of hire strongly recommended. CPR certification within 90 days of hire required. Previous work experience in a Behavioral Health Setting preferred. Good verbal/written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with patients and coworkers. Basic computer literacy.
